Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be submitted within 3 days of the purchase date.
To submit a return, you need to send an email to us by providing the following information:
- Date of Purchase
- Bought Item
- Reason for Return
In the meantime, you can request a refund from the asset creator by using his/her profile page. If you have problems to contact the asset creator, we can assist as a mediator.
After receiving your return request and inspecting the reasons, we will process the return. In some cases, we may refuse to make a refund. Such cases are:
- No acceptable reason.
- No quality problems found.
- Request submitted after more than 3 days upon order.
- Any other reasonable situation.
